The fourth are fanatics, as described in my PM that randakar released earlier.

And no HDK, you did not get the vote from Jopi because you voted together with a wolf, but rather that you started a vote against me on very flimsy grounds that rather quickly gained not one, but two "throw away" votes that put me in the running.

That is grounds worthy of suspicion, so you and boris are worthy to suspect.

the_hdk's vote was the first one against you. For all the protection his vote on you might have given someone else the same can be said for many many many others.

However, Jolt voted against you immediately after randakar voted Boris ze Spider, tieing you both with three.

So if you're going to look at anyone with Boris ze Spider, you should look at Jolt.

BTW, did Sedracus really say that? Why did he not mention the Satanists? Those are out there too, if all the information we have on the first setup still holds true.
I didn't mention the Satanists because I was in an EU3 mindset

I already explained why I went after EL in a previous post.
As for EURO and Adamus - Euro is right, with AOK dead the village lynching EURO this early is just lame. And Adamus said something in the thread that seems to indicate the village wants to keep him alive. Of course that could easily be blustering, but I am willing to give people the benefit of the doubt.
I'll go and see if I can find it...

He has seen a few of these swings before. Not sure if you have. AOK does them all the time. When they start getting momentum whoever is on the receiving end has a very good chance of death. That vote of his was all the push it needed to really get going, I reckon.
*shrug* I'm not saying Adamus isn't a baddie, but I have him in the 'benefit of the doubt' category for now.

The only thing I feel confident in adding to this is that if a protector wants to give me some protection against these Schismatics .. now is the time.
We don't even know which pack hunts which night though - not even if there are set nights for each pack.

True. Jolt have been rather skippish...

Vote Jolt

Alas, no such luck.
And that would be a bit of a strange setup, don't you agree?

I do, but I don't really like the current candidates much for a variety of reasons, most of which boil down to "interesting players", "new players", "returning old players", "highly likely goodies", and so on. EL at least has a BSG win under his belt today to compensate :D

edit:

If two people in this runup are wolves I'll eat my hat. But feel free to vote me should that actually turn out to be the case ..

This is the closest thing I've been able to find.
Still doesn't explain why you picked EL, which was what my question was :p

unofficial vote count

Adamus - 2 - joeb, Jolt
Euro - 1 - drxav
randy - 1 - Jackpot
hdk - 1 - Jopi
Slinky - 1 - Boris
Rysz - 1 - hdk
jacob - 1 - jacob
Jolt - 1 - Lurken

I see we are repeating ourselves, Adamus and Euro again... Normally I'm against bringing up the same people over and over again but the vote swing towards Eternaly_Lost went so smooth and we "know" there are shitloads of baddie packs out there so I can't help thinking one or both were "saved".

He was bandwagoning Lurken, and his reasons were inane. That's good enough for me.

Everyone vote Eternaly_lost now please.

I believe this is what you're looking for Sedracus.

This was the only real reason given.

I am still surprised by the massive bandwagon on EL just because randy used magenta and super-sized letters. There wasn't even much of a reason to begin with.

1 vote does not mean EURO is suddenly up for lynching.

And 2 votes at this point in the day is equally meaningless.

There's never a good reason for a day 1 lynch.

...and you were a part of that bandwagon.

That is very true. But we don't know what the other packs will do. What we do know is that the Schismatics probably want me dead. :D

At the time, yes. But both of you apparently missed this part of a post of mine:

No scans or what have you involved. Just me thinking all those people voting Lurken was suspicious, and then noticing EL was doing his usual hidey hidey thing by jumping on that bandwagon.
Besides, the vote was likely to go to a villager or two, and with this many alleged baddies I felt I was more likely to get a wolf this way than by relying on the village to do it on it's own.

It's one of the recurring things that happens sometimes. An orchestrated vote swing by someone using large fonts and colours half an hour or so before the deadline on the early days. AOK. 11 is famous for it. It has also been very effective in rooting out wolves for some reason. Don't forget that barring further info the lynch is liable to drift towards villagers on day 1, so one active villager directing the lynch to elsewhere is much more likely to actually find a baddie than whatever the village ends up with if it lets the game flow normally.
And -because- it is effective, when it happens usually a lot of people take note and follow it :)

Vote Jacob-lundgren

A self vote? Really?

Vote Randy

A Jacob vote? Really?

EDIT: Leaving now, should be back before deadline to choose the lynch target.

Add my vote for OY. Always a good thing for the village.

At the very least I want him hear why he is voting himself.
And is this the thanks I get for saving your rear yesterday?

Calm down, I'll be back later.

I was voting him myself in the draft of that post but then edited it out before posting. Was going to think about it on the way home from work. Still haven't made up my mind.

Well, it was more than anyone else had.
