Who do people prefer out of Tonka and Aedan? Because I'm not sure which of the two to give the last slot to.

Rest of the team will be:
Myself
Randy
Glio

As I always said it would be. TNT seems a spy, Cliges is very dodgy, Tamius approved the failed team despite not being on it. That just leaves Aedan and Tonka.

I think its safe to say there is a spy among me and Aedan as I don't' see any other reason to why TnT would approve the last team. I'm not a spy and I went back to look at voting and strangely me and Aedan have approved/rejected the exact same thing pretty much every round so I mean its really gonna have to be based on personal preference I think. Though of course I prefer myself.

Obviously I'd support myself, but either way I think this team will work, since my guess for the spys is probably TNT, Cliges, and Tamius.

why would Tnt approve the last team then?

I accepted - for purely tactical reasons. If this proposal passes, jpr gets the next set of plot cards. If it fails, you'll get them. I'd rather take my chance with an unknown than a known (to me) spy.

He says this, and while I'm pretty sure he's a spy, this could be a somewhat reasonable response if he's resistance. Plus he could also be approving it to spread paranoia about it, since he has to know his outright support of a mission would set off alarm bells to most of us.

I'm pretty sure he just messes with your heads. Anyway, I can't you believe you are placing any value on words of an obvious Spy. Seeing those as a negative information is as much a mistake as seeing it as a positive information.

My recommendation would be to maximize the chance of multiple sabotages on the team as two spies already have guaranteed places. Since I know you won't do that because of understandable trust issues, I just wanted to post this to be able to say "I told you so" afterwards.

Also,
voted.

And yes, I'll approve again whatever is proposed, no matter how bad the team is. It is the last proposal after all. Though I am sure someone will also construe this as a sign of evilness...

I prefer tonka. The way he berated Cliges for 'just taking it like that' .. dunno. Doesn't seem very much like a spy thing to do.

I highly doubt cliges and tamius are both spies. At least one of them has just been a screwup, rather than a spy. And I'm leaning towards tamius for that particular choice.

Tnt I see no "tactical" reason to why you accepted that.

.. apart for me going at him earlier for obviously rejecting all teams with me and glio on there.
Let's not forget that I basically pressured him into sometimes approving.

Obviously I'd support myself, but either way I think this team will work, since my guess for the spys is probably TNT, Cliges, and Tamius.

Maybe it's just me but I refuse to believe spies would be this obvious.
Cliges I can accept - he might very well be using the cover of screwing up games before to sabotage this one. But tamius as well?

I've been leaning towards Aedan for a while now, but it isn't really about him specifically - it's more that at some point you only have so many people left ..

.. and there you go and start saying things that are actually quite sensible. On the face of it - let's be honest, you're pretty much just defending your honor here.

The thing is: That vote of his was actually quite important. It's not what he says, it's what he does that matter.
The spies do not want a spy-free team to go on the second mission. Especially him, as this mission passing with no sabotages would pretty much clear me and glio and make him look like a certain spy, rather than just an obvious one. So from that perspective, even if this 'gives us information', us putting together a team with no spies would be even worse to his cause than merely 'leaking information' about who the spies are.

Of course if JPR is a spy we're pretty much toast on that front already. But that's neither here nor there, and besides, if this mission fails I think he's the most likely person to have been causing it.

Well, when you became that interested in his vote, it was pretty obvious that if he accepts you will reject, and if he rejects you will accept. So his vote wasn't affecting whether team gets accepted, but it was affecting directly you. And I must say, you are probably acting just as he planned.

That's quite possibly true.
In a real life game I'd just try to make sure he couldn't change his vote anymore (by waiting until he physically put the card down) before I asked him, but here that isn't really an option :p

At any rate:

## accept whatever JPR decides. It's not like we have a choice, anyway.

Voted

I think we still have to PM votes in, though I'm obviously approving.

Unless we have been duped and there were 2 spies on that first mission, then the only way this can fail is if Aedan is a spy. I do think it would be too easy for the spies to be Tamius, Cliges and TNT though.

So why did you choose Aedan over Tonka?

Voted. Details later, hope to include at least a partial response to randakar and tonka.

Actually it doesn't really matter. See, if Jaypee is a Spy, we are already screwed. So let's assume he isn't. Then even if Aedan is bad, we replace him with Tonka for next two Missions for two successes, and by Mission 5 we are certain to get a scan to discern between Tamius and Cliges.

That's stupid. We have at least one more mission to go. If this is sabotaged I am definitely going to allow for that option to exist, even if he does get to hand out the cards.
Perhaps *especially* if he gets to hand out cards.

I can only hope we get that scan next round - especially if there is a sabotage.

True. One of randakar and glio will sabotage and then they'll start blaming whoever is practical - judging from the last few posts likely jpr.

Just keep on pretending. :)
