The 1.35 update has not been released yet. No release date has been announced either. The current version of the game is 1.34.5. Do you have that?

Thanks. I have 1.34.5.0. When I saw the news of January 24, 2023, I understood that the 1.35 update was published.
These are just dev diaries which show upcoming content. It usually takes months for content from dev diaries to be released(sometimes even more than a year) and there are usually many changes between what is shown in the dev diary and what gets actually released.
You can check the wiki to see the current version(in the game history section on the right side of the main page or on the patches page).
