Originally posted by taz As far I know their is no diffrense in the tcp/ip and V-net games. The only thing V-net does is let you know that the game exists after you know that you can either join by selecting internet game and type in the IP address manually or simply join it on V-net. Further more local game also uses Tcp/ip so why is it that it only work in one and not the other???
Because the code changed everywhere in the game is the string-handling. And code to get the names of the games are different in direct tcp/ip and valkyrienet.
