Had 1.03 then installed 1.03b. Then later maybe next day ran scandisk+defragger. Game seemed different after defragger so reinstalled everything-vict then 1.03 then 1.03b.
Now alot of things are hard to buy at 1st and 2nd level prestige. Small arms and cans trickle in and takes months to get up to 50. Lumber is harder to get but cement easier. Ran into iron(needed 11) and fabric shortage but once set to 1000 problem went away long enough to acquire more and increase production. Tariff income is reduced when selling nothing. Used to run 0 tax and 100 tariff and could break even in early yrs.
But these things seem to match what people say in forum.
So are the things described above right for 1.03b or does the shortages sound like I still have a bad install?
