1.16 - Domain limit

Nevermind I'm dumb.

At first I thought it was just a savegame/update issue, but after starting a new game (D Toulouse) the same apparent issue became clear: Domain limit is not being affected by Stewardship skill. I ran through several months to see if it...un-glitched or something. Anyone else seeing this? I went so far as to give a character 26 Stw. and it raised his limit not one bit from the starting 2.
The patch notes mention something revelant for the new government types, but doesn't mention a more general change.

I'm playing 867 Wessex Start, and my Domain Limit is being affected by my Stewardship. Don't know why you're having trouble with it...

You're not dumb but this indeed a new domain + vassal feature for nomads.

Get yourself some tributaries instead!

but domain limit is useless as nomad since it reduce domain taxe/levie and we don't have taxe and levies from domain

If you're over it, your herd will not grow.

Shouldn't have said something. Perhaps you would have gotten away with your dastardly parlor tricks, at least for a while.
