142) FEEDBACK: 2/3 ownership to claim doesn't work

Um do try and say more, lol I cant gather much from what your trying to say, if you say who your playing, and what your claiming and who your at war with etc etc etc it be more helpful :D

If you mean claiming a titel like Duke, so you need say 5 provinces or at least 2/3'rds or 66/ of the claims to create that titel, if you have 4 out of thoes 5 or 3 even, you still need 100 Ducats to to pa for the privlage of having that titel, if thats your question then ive just answerd it.
 
ok currently i'm playing the Duchy of Hellas. (Might not be a duchy per se but equivalent)

I DOW'd the duchy directly to west (modern day albania) and then later dow'd and conquered corfu. Claim Duchy says i can have it (2/3) but i can't. Either the tooltip is wrong saying u can have it at 2/3 or that trigger isn't working.

Actually, in a 5 province title you do need 4, as 3/5 is less than .66 by .06 :D
 
Hmm strange, could be a bug, you see what other prvinces your missing?

Try to get the missing ones in a test run from your save and see what happens when you get all the necassarym provinces.

Is the climaing of that Duchy Titel greyed out or is its seal red when hovering over it?

If stil grey you might be missing some of the needed provinces.

See what happens.
 
Sometimes I have noticed some latency on when an option becomes *enabled*. That is, letting the game run a few days or more allows the action to be possible.
 
Do you rule any of the provinces as your personal demesne?
(If not, you can't claim the title)

Unfortunately, I only saw this once and didn't note how long it took (in particular if a month boundery was crossed). I found it very odd since I haven't seen any latency effects in CK, compared to the many in prior Paradox games.

Scott, or anybody, how long does it take? [Ideally specific information is posted] Otoh, I don't recall any of the latent effects in-game ever being fixed, so it may not matter...
 
I have had the same problem claiming the Kingdom of Aragon (sp?). I did not note how long it has been since I first had the necessary number of provinces to make the claim but I think it has been well over a year.
 
Oddly I havent noticed this issue. I took Artois as the Duke of Anjou and was able to create the "Duke of Artois" title straight away.

My conditions were not via war though (well indirectly) as the count of Anjou I usurped the Duke title then Dow'ed and took it by force. Artois became a vassal and I revoked the title which the archbishop surprisingly agreed to, I then created the title, no latency.
