Weird birth and deathdates in 1066_scenario_characters.inc?

I was trying to help a poster regarding Duchy of Gwynedd in Wales when I noticed that a grandson of the Duke was missing in the game, even though he's in the files. When I looked more carefully I noticed that his birthdate was after 1066..

character = {
id = { type = 10 id = 6380 }
name = "Magog"
gender = male
dynasty = { type = 12 id =548 }
father = { type = 10 id = 6360 }
country = GWYN
religion = catholic
culture = Welsh
birthdate = { year = 1091 month = january day = 1 }
deathdate = { year = 1160 month = january day = 1 }
dna = "83359506349982"
attributes = {
martial = 8
diplomacy = 5
intrigue = 5
stewardship = 6
health = 8
fertility = 6
}
traits = {
chaste = yes
}
}

Is this possible to use? Is this some kind of scripted birth or just an error? Also note that he has a fixed deathdate, also later than 1066.. what does that mean? Is it WAD? A misstake?

I browsed through the file and noticed quite a number of other charactrs with late birthdates and later deathdates. WAD? Bug?

In the Welsh thread I mentioned a poster claimed he'd played Gwyfedd beyond 1091 and the grandson did not appear. So it's not a way to script a birth AFAIK.

Any scenario modders, or wannabes, around to tell if this is a problem or not? Seems like it is, but I'm not certain.
Check with one of the betas who are working heavily on the scenario files. Havard, King, and GM spring to mind. One of them would surely know.

There a few characters like that in the file. As far as I can tell they do nothing. They only become useful if the 1066 character file is carried forward intot he 1187 scenario and bridging characters added to make them reachable.
