China(special rule canadian/usa player goes china and after china gets defeated he goes canada,then the japanese player releases puppet and another player that previously went machuria switches to china.Note that japan must release china from puppet to avoid resources bug.)

Trade ratios 1 supply = 2 rares, 6 metal, 10 energy, 4 oil.
German attack on russia isnt allowed until 1st april 41 unless....
Soviet must trade with germany to avoid a dow in 40.(atleast 80 rares)
Also if soviet puppets finland.
Soviet may not dow any country till barbarrosa.
UK must trade with axis germany 30 rares.
USSR must give 150 energy to japan for 15 supplies from start, if not japan may dow USSR from entry base of usa depending on what axis europe dowed.
When usa goes human usa must give 150 energy to japan for 15 supplies.
UK may not bring in alliance any country or dow which is neutral or usa.
When ussr reaches 540 ic it may cancel it trades with axis.
