I think that there is no tag for the Latin Empire. The province of Thrace has its flag, so I'd say no.

i downloaded it but it doesnt seem to have a 1204 scenario, did i dl something else? plus the installation procedure im unsure about

Easy enough to change in world_names.csv: edit the name for U016
But I'll probably change it for the next release, few people know this and other realms have the 'wrong' names as well (e.g. Byzantium = Eastern Roman Empire, Rome, or Rhomaion).

byzantium i know is rhomanion but as far i know Latin Empire is not Romania.... just call it the Kingdom of Latins if "Latin Empire" is not possible (but would be nice to have both Latin Empire and Byzantine Empire in game named as those)
btw, if game is converted for EU3, what would the Latin Empire become? if the converter doesn't work for DVIP then its soething that should be done soon, i plan to go on as latins there
The crusaders called it Imperium Romaniae, literally Empire of Romania, because Romania means "the Land of the Romans". And the Byzantines were Romans, etcetera...

I made it convert to Greece for lack of something better in EU2.
As for EU3 -- I don't maintain an active conversion for it, but after HTTT comes out and Yves' converter is updated, I'll do an update for it. Probably again to Greece, unless there is a better tag.

or just make a mod for converting with lots of tags taken from CK and your mod directly appearing there
I actually had that mod for EU3 pre-NA... every European duchy tag could be converted, as well as a few of my favourite Crusader Kingdoms
