A better map of Westeros?

I cannot find the thread; someone had posted not a long time ago a corrected map of Westeros, more streamlined like Essos is currently.

I can't find the thread either BUT here is the guy's Deviantart account with the map posted there. It really is a pretty map, I hope it gets used or at least turned into a submod so you can use it optionally.

Yes I think that that was the base map, and then someone improved it. For instance King's Landing is situated north of the river, rather than it going straight through it.
