A bug where unnecessary UI is exposed under the screen where the year is displayed immediately after loading the game

Description​

After the 1.10 update, there was a bug where an unnecessary UI called "Pinned Character" was displayed right below the year display area

Steps to reproduce​

Immediately after turning on the game, that UI appears and disappears after a while.

Additionally, I compared it to vanilla 1.9.2.1 and this bug is not observed at all

What I am requesting is, a fix so that UI is not displayed under the year section in that situation
(Removed unnecessary UI under the year section and fixed a bug that was displayed in the upper right corner when pressing Start after selecting a character)
