Greetings, C:S modding community!
I really enjoy playing the game with lots of mods, testing out new ones all the time is what keeps this game alive for me!
Unfortunately, one of my all-time favorite mods has been abandonned shortly before Natural Disasters was released, which then broke the mod. The original mod author has now been offline for over 60 days and I think it's unlikely that they will return.
Since the mod is rated with 5 stars on Steam, I think I'm not the only one who is really sad that this mod doesn't work anymore; that's why I'm posting this request here: If someone from the modding community could take a look at the mod and fix it for the latest release, I would be really grateful! And judging from the comments on Steam I wouldn't be the only one.
The mod in question is the Employ Overeducated Workers mod by Akira Ishizaki. They even provided the source code on GitHub.
I would do it myself, but I have absolutely no modding or coding experience whatsoever and trying to teach myself to code would probably take ages. I know this request is kind of impertinent, but the game really isn't as enjoyable without it for me. I like my cities to have a little bit of everything, from specialized industries to offices and it's incredibly hard to balance out education and employment of every education level, that's where this mod really shone when it still worked.
