So... Apparently. When the A.I goes to land armies on an enemy planet while also waiting for transports to invade another planet elsewhere the A.I get caught in a cancel loop.
Right as the animation starts showing the landing craft going planetside the A.I thinks "Invasion complete"
"Oh, I need to send this army to the other planet now"
Problem is. The A.I doesn't wait until the landing craft actually land. It seems to think that the moment it uses "Land armies" that they land immediately without the delay for the animation.
So the A.I moves to its next command and sends the armies towards the next planet.
Then realizes, "Wait, I need to invade this closer planet first" turns around and goes back and starts the animation again.
This happens near endlessly until the A.I moves whatever fleet is in orbit around the second planet. But never it never successfully lands the armies.
