A little issue with the Night's Watch

When I play as the Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, and it only happens with the NW, I can't choose everyone in my court for councillor jobs or leading armies. In fact, I can barely choose people. For example, I started as Jon Snow in a feast for crows bookmark and wanted to choose the same people as in the books for the first builder and the first steward. However, I don't have Bowen Marsh in the least for people I can choose as Castellan (first steward), and Othell Yarwick doesn't appear in the list for Treasurer (first builder). He does appear in the list for first steward through. I play the latest version with no submodes. Anyone else encountered this?

I think you need to give out honorary titles to put people into positions.

No, that's for personal steward and commanders of castles. I couldn't find any honorary title for councillor jobs.

I'm pretty sure people have to be put in the Rangers, Builders or Stewards groups before you can appoint them anywhere, and then only to the related positions. So you can't make a Builder the Head Ranger, for example.

Oh, I see. But why is Othell Yarwick a Steward while he is a Builder in ASOIAF, and Bowen Marsh is a Ranger and not a Steward? I'm pretty sure that I remember other mistakes too, like Gared Tuttle from the telltale game series, who is a Ranger in the game and a Builder in the mod.

They just get random ones I would think
