Sir. I am a HoI2 ver1.3a player. Unfortunately,I discovered malfunction about German Play event in game. It is Anschluss of Austria. Hearts of Iron 2/scenarios/1936/germany.inc wrote, dormant_leaders = { 544 545 ..... 578 579 } At default,some Austrian leaders sleeping in germany inc file.I can understand it. and , Hearts of Iron 2/db/events/germany.txt wrote, action_a = { name = "OK" command = { type = inherit which = AUS } command = { type = manpowerpool value = 300 } command = { type = dissent value = -10 } command = { type = domestic which = defense_lobby value =1 } command = { type = wakeleader which = 544 } *** : command = { type = wakeleader which = 578 } } *** I chooce action a, and click OK, I got manpower value 300, dissent value -10 and defense_lobby value 1. But leaders who should have come out of a sleep did not wake. Please look at *** lines command. This line does not function. I look at ver1.2 patch note in "enable wakeleader command",I install it patch and 1.3a too. But wakeleader command does not function. Or Will I make a mistake in anything? Not sure how that is supposed to work, you would be better in the editing froum, this forum is for Hardware and driver tech support, nothing to do with Scripting events or reporting bugs if in fact it is one.

You could try a fresh install, then ONLY apply 1.3A patch, then 1.3B AI update if desired.
