As the title suggests, my achievements aren't showing up on Steam despite the game being on ironman. I've read somewhere that it's with the game saved offline. How can I make sure every time it is saved online and not offline? Thanks.

If you play from Steam and Steam is in online mode, they should be registered with Steam automatically. You don't need to do anything special.
If you play without Steam, or Steam is in offline mode, that might be a problem.
