What has gone wrong with Aegon? in every playthrough he only conquers one or two of the kingdoms and then gives up. Never used to be a problem in older versions of the mod where he would conquer most of Westeros.

Ruins my attempt to play as Harren and survive Aegon's invasion within a complete Iron Throne.

All for this happening, just think it's a bit excessive that I have not seen him actually conquer more than a couple of kingdoms in probably at least 20 attempts.

I think I know what's happening, since it actually happened to me through some very bad luck (and not fully grasping how dragons worked) on one of my earlier playthroughs. There's a sequence of events in place to ensure that Aegon attacks all the different kingdoms of Westeros, but if he loses one of the wars, that event sequence gets derailed until he wins another Dragon Conquest war. For some reason, the AI doesn't particularly like declaring Dragon Conquests of its own volition much.

I've noticed that when something like this happens, it's usually against the Reach-Westerlands alliance; even with the dragon bonuses, they can still run the risk of overwhelming AI-gon.
