After a positive Peace deal the player loses prestige instead of gaining, if he had a negative belance before.

Description​

After Enforcing my demands on my Wartarget the Prestige i should have got was instead subtracted from my prestige. I had -10 Pretige the Screen showed a positive Prestige gain of 250. But instead i ended up with -260 Prestige. This issue was reproduceable consistently on every peace negotiation if at that time the players prestige is in negative numbers.

Steps to reproduce​

Start a war with another country, fall into a negative prestige. Enforce Demands on the other Country.
