Hi,
I did a format C: recently, had to do a re-install of everything.
I installed Steam, installed Crusader Kings, but NONE of the DLC show up in game, or in start screen. I tried deleting CKII folder in my documents, DLC signatures, restarting Steam, deleting DLC folder in game, and veryfing game files.. to no avail.

Edit: OK the thread can be closed as sloved, or left for anyones help. A very stupid solution, instead of running the game through the desktop shortcut, I just run it through steam play button, and it installed some files and redistributables it needed, and that fixed it.
