Alliance Extension Bug

I'm seeing many examples of Alliances being automatically extended for another 10 years without the need for diplomacy; is it supposed to work like this? I have a feeling it shouldn't because too many times when I am inquiring about Alliances in Diplomacy mode I see that the Alliance is scheduled to end EXACTLY 10 years from the CURRENT time; it's like the query feature is setting a new date. I hope this is being fixed in the next patch if it is a bug.

nope, can't see any answers regarding this and I'm not going to read through every post in every forum. None of the threads regarding alliances mentions these extended alliances. I think we need a Bugs forum specifically for these things...

There. Easy. It took me a massive 45 seconds to find this. People should not call sommink a bug instantly they don't get sommink in the game.
