Alliance movement restrictions?!?

Hi there,

Is there any restrictions on moving troops to (or through) an allied province? In my game as Russia, Crimea (my ally) was being sieged by Poland and I could not send any relief armies to any Crimean land!!! And yes, I checked, they were my allies at the time !!! Does anybody has any ideas why this has happened????

You can only move armies through allied territory when you're both in a war together. Just being in the same alliance isn't enough. You can also move troops through vassals at any time.

You need to be at war, in the same alliance with your ally. See page 20 in the ledger. You might be in this situation because either you or your ally made a seperate peace in a war, or you or your ally joined together after the war started.

Actually I started the war against Poland and called upon my allies, and they came to my rescue. But still I couldn't move through Crimea!!!

Any thoughts???
