I have in my country Poor seed.. and it runs for 5 or even more years- is it normaly? Actually i think, that till next year spring everything has to be clear, that it was bad to do thinks with seed like last year! :) ok, if 2 years, but above 5.. incredible!

and.. what bishops do actually? i have suspection, that they are base stats for my childrens if i send them to monks.. and.. whatever?

thank you!

Edit:
and more questions!!!

I feel, my liege gets mad because i give a war to province/whatever, who made it to my liege, take army out and then allow him to use my army. So, when he requests my soldiers, i'm taking them from him and want to go with him against that country. i hope i'm wrong that for this i get some penalties :(

The poor seed text is just flavour. The event simply lowers your province's "richness" by one level. This is permanent, unless another event changes it again.

They basically determine the likeliness of hundreds of events related to religious matters, ranging from bastard treatment over heresy/inquisition to province conversions.

I have no idea what your question is, sorry. Please make it simpler... :)

I don’t know an answer, but I think I understood your question. You are in a situation, where someone has declared a war against your liege. Liege asks your permission to use your troops. Before giving your answer, you mobilize your troops yourself and then tell your liege that, yes, he can have your troops (but he actually can’t, because you already control them). Now you declare a war against that aggressor, who is in war with your liege and plan to use your army to attack him/her alongside with your liege.
And you are worried that this course of action from your part might anger your liege (and give you some form of prestige/piety/loyalty hit). Am I right?

yes, exactly! i affraid that he thinks that i don't trust him (actually it is so), and with declaring war against that one liege's enemy i feel- something wrong happens.
It may be much better to choose something like-
my darling vassal, i need more warriors for war against enemy. will you:
1st option- "I will go personally with you against enemy!"
2nd option- "I give you my men for use, but i'm staying at home"
3rd option- "I don't think it's good idea to go on war this time"

so, the first would be what i usually do! .. and may be bonus for this some loyality to Liege +.x :)
so, the second, that i'm giving him my men- loyality +.(x/2)
and the last one of course would give maybe -.x loyality ...
of course, this would be discutable, but if i have just second and last choice, at the end is- i have no way to go in war with my Liege: only if somebody wants to fight with me or i'm starting war, what means only BB :)

i want to be GOOD vassal... :)

Actually in the game, when you allow your liege to use your troops, those troops will still be commanded by your character, just not controlled by you as the player. So your current count/duke is most likely still at the head of the regiment, it's just that he does whatever the king decides.

So in your proposal, the first option would mean the same as the second with one small difference: You deny your liege's right to give orders to you. Which I would call treason... ;)

To answer your original question: In the game, there is nothing wrong with what you do, as you answer the call to arms. The only downside I see is that you will need claims on your own to get territory, while your liege will also have claims on that same province, which will probably lead to a future war between the two of you.

There's always hope.

And it's actually relatively likely to happen, if you and your liege happen to go to war against someone that you have claims on, but he doesn't... or wait, is that only for courtiers with claims?

and i have no hope, that my Liege will grant me any Duchy??! :(

It's likely if you're part of a kingdom, as you can get a title if your duchy revolts and loses (but you didn't declare war on the king), or if a king just created a title in your region.

For example, the King of Croatia seems to give the Count of Usora a ducal title (Croatia or Bosnia, can't remember) once he creates it. Though I mostly see kings hoarding ducal titles.

If you're under an independent Duke, you'll probably never get it, as it would mean he'd lose you and potentially some of his vassals
