All right, so I decided to start small after my Granada fiasco. I took one of the Golden Hordes (Crimea I think) and simply extended its owned provinces on the two Corean provinces. I remembered to remove China's ownership from the two provinces as well. If this had worked, I would have started to surgical remove and replace all Golden Hordes in East Europe with one main Golden Horde and used the left over tags in East Asia.

Now here's the funny part. This "Corea" cannot be contacted diplomatically. China, when right clicking "Corea", only receives the option of "View." Nothing else, not even grayed out options. Japan, which I gave a CB to from Corea, has the grayed out options, but is unable to send a diplomat. There IS a relationship, but am unable to send a diplomat from the diplomacy screen. And all Asian nations start with one diplomat.

Any suggestions?
