Balance:
- Refined the Weaken Vassal plot
- You now choose from a choice of costs for your children's education

- If the Iron Throne becomes an elective monarchy, the king is now allowed to hold one LP title without it being requested by family/vassals
- If the Kingsguard somehow gains lands/powers, other rulers can now use some CBs against them, and their vassals can no longer use most factions against them
- Aegon's levies now start raised in the Dance
- Reduced the revolt risk from being in the red
- Religious unrest tweaked
- The Reach, Riverlands and Iron Isles rulers after the Conquest are grateful to Aegon for being granted their titles
- Adjusted face the dragon decision AI
Graphics and portraits:
- Added King's Landing and Crownlands to dynamic coa

- The Faith Militant are now mercs rather than holy orders, so the High Speton can actually use them against his liege
