Anyone created a mod yet?

Specifically have there been any mod released yet to address some of the balance issues?

Is it possible to temporarily fix some of the problems with a mod?

I just posted the Commonwealth Mod. It's a temporary solution to a problem facing UK where they are unable to make use of troops from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and South Africa.
