The Anomalous site "Union Meats and Sundries" Should have a unique option at step 3 for Kir'Ko Heroes which rewards the "Hopperhound Progenitor" Unit, despite having a Kir'Ko hero be the leader of the expedition the option does not appear at step 3, regardless of which option is picked at step 2. Leaving only the 2 default options.
The Hero is a Kir'Ko Xenoplague Empire Hero, the Current game is a Shakarn Xenoplague, the Hero is level 12 and not in a vehicle.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Acquire Kir'Ko Hero, find "Union Meats and Sundries" Medium Anomalous site, complete step 1 and 2, look for missing "Open the vault. It might contain a Kir'Ko!" option.
Other factors not sure if caused by; Empire Mode, Empire Mode Hero, Xenoplague Hero Specialisation, Xenoplague Empire Specialisation.
