what do you guys think the chances of a 16 year old are of getting into the beta? I really hope they at least consider me before they think im too young. I mean i can drive a car already why not do testing of a Paradox game? And btw i have been in closed betas before so i know baout the NDA part but i mean my parents could sign that for me like they have in the past. But if i dont get in at least there is EU3 in 2007 then ill be 19

I'm afraid neither you nor me(17) can apply for beta. The rule is 18, and then it's settled I guess.
The idea is that Paradox will go for someone over 18 not someone under 18 if they both have similar qualifications to help with the beta, but they don't specifically exclude under 18s. Check the 2nd Victoria beta thread for an official comment on this.
