Hi all,
While playing a few games I've noticed the scripted revolts (e.g. Widukind) seem a little broken. In a couple of games as Charlemagne I've had the Widukind event, and it just creates a landless Widukind. And just now in a muslim game the Khurramid rebellion event happened and again it just created a landless Banu and Babak. So do these events need tweaking or have I just been unlucky with bugs?
 
Well, for me the Khurramid rebelion worked semi-correctly; he DID declare a liberation war against Caliph, he can win it and take all counties, but you can't join him, even if you are both Persian and Mazdaki.

I've seen the Widukind revolt happen, as has the Khurramid rebellion (through there was an issue with rulers being able to join him, as noted above). So I'd first be curious which mod version you're using, and whether you have the correct checksum.
