Made a new game on Xbox x, all dlc enabled, and my armies are stuck on planets I've attacked during war times.
Will not embark. Internet shows no working solutions other than to disband the stuck armies. No change upon war victory or in starting new armies that do take off in to orbit of the planets in question. 7k and 14k
