I don't know what kind of broken bs is going on but the last two games i've played in China region it's broken down around 1680 where the game just consistently freezes it doesn't do that in any other part of the world.

I'm not aware of this as a current bug in the game.

If not, can you try loading the same save on some other computer, to see if the issue is that save or something on your machine?
