Paradox Interactive does not own the rights to R. Howard's books, it's Paradox Entertainment who owns the rights. Paradox Interactive and Paradox Entertainment used to be one company but now we are two.

No formal connection. But the online card-game Mutant Chronicles: Doomtrooper that we are developing is licensed from Paradox Entertainment. See Fredrik's announcement here if you've missed it.

I just bought the amazing Paradox pack from steam, how do I get the game serial numbers so I can register the games, or is it not possible if you purchase the games through steam?

Cool! I already have the games, and I almost feel like buying it too.
Go to the steam library and click the title you want to register. View CD-key should either be listed on the right or when you right click the game. Not every title have a CD-key though, and if they don't, they can't be registered.
