At war but war banner on bottom right not appearing

Description​

Attempted to declare war after claiming title through dynastic lineage but the war banner isnt appearing(where you see war score and such) and all i get is a "blank" screen when clicking view war. I called the same people i was "at war" with in to another war i was in and now they are stuck sitting on my forming capital after we won the previously mentioned war.

Steps to reproduce​

Not exactly sure how to reproduce but you can view the issue it causes in the screen shot.
