Audio doesn't work

I can play the game but the audio doesn't work. I know that the sound card is good enough but the game says this: common.msg.noaudioinitialized. I don't know what to do, can someone please tell me what to do as I can't find any way to fix this on my own.

Could you link here the error message? Full text, or a screenshot would be best. And where exactly do you get this message?

Well, I don't really know how to take a screenshot ingame but I get it in the main menu after the videos that come when I start the game from steam. And common.msg.noaudioinitialized. is all it says.

Hit Ctrl+Space for a screenshot, you'll find the picture in the game install folder.

Are you sure your game's language is set to english? Honestly I don't know what's causing this but it seems you don't have the text on the manu buttons either.

Have you tried verifying integrity of game cache? And what do you see if you right-click on King Arthur II in your steam games library, select Properties/DLC?

Please let me know. A screenshot about your Properties window would be the very best.

Well, the text is in english at least. The text on the main menu buttons seem to have gotten back with an update that I got 2-3 days ago. But there's still no audio though. :/
I've tried to both reinstall and verify the cache but that didn't help either.
I can't get my computer to take a screenshot of steam so I'll write what it says instead.
I got: King Arthur 2 - forum key
King Arthur 2 base game game
King Arthur 2 base_release
King Arthur 2 dead legions
Local files disc usage: 7082 Mb

This problem can show up if you use other version than English. Please check out the English version, if you still getting an error message or not. Change language: Steam Games Library, right click on King Arthur II, select Properties then Languages
