RULES
1. Resource Trading
1.1 The game will be paused and the Axis will trade, on January 2, 1936.
1.2 The Allies and USSR may trade after the Axis has finished trading and the game has started running.
1.3 The Allies and USSR may not trade for rares unless their IC gives them a deficit of rares.
1.4 Players may accept any trade offered by an AI nation.
1.5 Players may only initiate trade deals with the US at 70%.
1.6 After the Allies are in war with Axis,Allies are allowed to initiate trade deals with USA at 40%.
1.7 After USSR is in war with Axis, USSR is allowed to initiate trades with USA at 40%.
1.8 USA is allowed to trade freely with any nation that is in war with the same enemy as USA.
2. Diplomacy
2.1 No DOW until Danzing Event, exception made to event wars(i.e. Italy to Albania).
2.2 No influencing or allying AI nations until Anschluss event.
2.3 No Tech Trade until Anschluss event.
2.4 Couping of player controlled countries is forbidden.
2.5 No crazy alliances (i.e. Comintern France or Allied Japan).
3. Events
3.1 Game will be saved prior to Anschluss, Munich Treaty and End of Czechoslovakia. Should the Event go unhistorical, the German player may ask for a rehost of prior save.
3.2 If the Czechs refuse to cede the provinces, then Germany may declare war on Czechoslovakia.
3.3 USSR must accept and honor the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact.
3.4 The Unholy Alliance may not be offered.
3.5 Germany must choose to declare war on Poland in the Danzig Event.
3.6 France must accept Vichy if offered.
3.7 USSR must accept Bitter Peace if offered.
4. Axis
4.1 Italy can't join Axis before Danzig Event.
4.2 Japan can't join Axis or DOW Allies/USSR before January 1, 1940, unless USA is already at war.
5. USA allowed to join Allies or DOW Axis:
5.1 On December 7, 1941 (if sliders allow this).
5.2 4 months after Japan is in war with the Allies or USSR.
5.3 3 weeks after UK has been invaded. Repelling an invasion resets this counter.
5.4 1 week after any invasion of an American country.
5.5 2 months after any 2 key USSR cities (Leningrad, Moscow, Stalingrad) are surrounded or taken.
6. USSR and the MR-Pact
6.1 USSR must accept and honor the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact.
6.2 Germany can DOW USSR after July 1, 1940 and USSR can DOW Germany after July 1, 1941 (if M-R Full Pact is signed).
6.3 Germany can DOW USSR after January 1, 1941 and USSR can DOW Germany after January 1, 1941 (if M-R Limited Pact is signed).
6.4 Germany can DOW USSR anytime and USSR can DOW Germany anytime (if M-R Pact is NOT signed).
6.5 USSR's GDE will be edited at 0.8, 2 months after war with Germany was declared ( if the event doesn't occur before this date).
7.General
7.1 No use of any exploits or cheating of any kind.
7.2 No 'phoney-wars'. Wars declared should be fought to a peace or annexation (ie. no eternal wars with Ethiopia as Italy or a Chinese warlord as Japan).
7.3 No stationing of Land Forces (Infantry, Armor, Marines, etc.), Air Force or Navy on other allied country to save supplies prior to war.
7.4 French Forces(Land,Naval and Air) must defend French soil, and only those that remain after Vichy Event, can be transported to UK to continue fight.
7.5 No more than 24 divisions may garrison an urban capital.
7.6 No more than 12 divisions may conduct an amphibious invasion from transports. Divisions committed to the battle by other means do not count against the 12-division limit.
7.7 Amphibious invasions must use the Amphibious Assault mission order.
7.8 No redeployment of units about to be encircled/outflanked.
7.9 No disbanding of units about to be destroyed.
7.10 Players shall not delay or cancel any of the agreed sessions.If it is nesessary to do so, then must post here to inform any delay or postponement,at least 2 hours prior to the agreed session.
