As Germany, when the "Baghdad Rail" event comes up, and you click "Build it", shouldn't it improve German/Ottoman relations? AFAICT it does not; German/UK relations take a double hit, though. And should it not also actually create rail in the provinces from Constantinople to Baghdad? I don't see them.
