Constant crashes and system locking up, have to hard reboot

What platform are you running the game on?
Steam

What operating system do you use?
Windows 10

1.9.1-686R

What DLC do you have installed?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Game constantly crashes every 5-30 minutes. Anytime really, but seems more often in Mech Bay. Game sometimes crashes to desktop, but more often then not my entire system is locking up. I've already re-installed the game many times, tried different Memory modules, messed with XMP memory settings on and off.

Game constantly crashes randomly. Not sure.

Attach DxDiag (PC), System Info log (Mac), or run sudo lshw -html > specs.html and uploaded specs.html (Linux)

That's better!

We now see a second nameless display device, I suspect that is the cause of your problem, as was the case with the one Citrix used to put in there. Do you know what that is, how it got there?
 
Had same problem, crashing in mech bay over and over with both vanilla and any mods. Looked at my Turbo and it was on and not really recommended to turn it off. What i did notice is SpeedStep was off for whatever reason.

Since i enabled it ive had 0 crashes so far and Turbo is still Enabled.

I don't understand, could you explain better? In more detail?
