Unistalled and reinstalled. Same issue.

Version 1.32 ??? Are you sure that is right ? That is Ancient.. almost from first release.
Edit: are you using logged into the Betas?

Regardless of game version though, it is never going to run on that old Intel video system. Unless you have access to a machine with supported hardware please seek a refund from where you bought the game.
