Loading Loop Continuous as game says Refreshing Save Games 100%

What platform are you running the game on?
Steam

What operating system do you use?
Windows 10

Which version of the game are you running?
1.9.1-686R

What DLC do you have installed?
Flashpoint, Urban Warfare, Heavy Metal

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After initial game intro video when the game goes to the main screen it says refreshing save games 100% and continues to load indefinitely. No option to start skirmish, campaign, or career.

Have you tried verifying your files?
Yes

Steps to reproduce the issue
Uninstalled BT. Then re-installed. Did complete uninstall to include hidden files and all saves. Reinstalled but same issue. I have unclicked the cloud save file option. Repeated uninstall and re-install to see if I missed anything. Same issue. Found similar issue on forum here indicating it may be virus protection. Uninstalled PC Matic - same issue. I previously had it installed on older PC, got new Alienware and moved the hard drive to my new computer as D: drive. I was playing Roguetech Mod and game was running. When I removed Roguetech and went back to playing the Vanilla game is when problems started.

Looks like an antivirus is getting in the eway:
UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "C:\Users\Scott\Documents\My Games\BattleTech\mods\modloader.log" is denied.
Add BattleTech.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

Good luck!
