Multiplayer: Network error - out of sync

Flashpoint, Urban Warfare

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Started multiplayer skirmish on two systems here. After first attack error popup occured "out of sync", cannot reconnect. Uninstalled game on both systems; performed fresh install; no mods; deactivated all DLC via steam. Started new multiplayer skirmish. Error "out of sync" somewhere in round two. Verified installation via steam, deleted all save files and config. Next try, same result. Multiplayer not functional. Singleplayer no problem. No other problems with both systems. All other games run perfect. Not one single crash or network problem except in this one game.
