Viewing Contracts Degrades Game Performance

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have noticed that after I view contracts in a few different systems that the game performance will degrade. Viewing the contracts seems to be the primary cause. I also notice that viewing the contracts takes longer to load than any other parts of the game so presumably whatever is happening in the background to view the contracts has some problems.

Steps to reproduce the issue
View contracts in one system, fly to another system and view the contracts. After a few systems you will notice a marked drop in game performance. Restarting the game corrects the degraded game performance.

Attach DxDiag (PC), System Info log (Mac), or run sudo lshw -html > specs.html and uploaded specs.html (Linux)

Just so you know, there will be no move development or patches for this game, so if this problem requires an update to be fixed, that cannot happen I'm afraid.

I see you are running cheatengine-x86_64.exe - is that loaded while you are playing? Best to unload it while we work on this.

And you may as well update your nVidia driver to May 2022 https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Then unload GeForce Experience before starting the game.
