Became a vassal after creating a duchy that previously belonged to another character.

Description​

I was an independent ruler with a custom duchy created from one county by Varangian Adventure, because de jure duchy was already created by AI character before. After some time I've conquered all counties that belonged to the de jure duchy from a king hwo owned that duchy. Later on this de jure duchy title was destroyed. When I've created this de jure duchy I've lost my custom duchy title created by Varangian Adventure (this was expected), but I've also became a vasal of a king who held this de jure title before.

Steps to reproduce​

Example of steps to reproduce:
1. Start as a Chieftain Steinn Skulisson of Chiefdom of Gotland
2. Get some prestige and men-at-arms
3. Declare a Varangian Adventure against Chieftain Igor from Chiefdom of Polotsk, it should still be independent and High Chiefdom of Polotsk should already be created by High Chieftain Ruslan II Ruslanovich of Minsk
4. After successfull Varangian Adventure custom title Jarldom of Nordic Polotsk will be created.
5. Gather strength, create alliances and possibly conquer some adjacent chiefdoms.
6. Kingdom of White Rus should already be created.
7. Conquer Chiefdom of Lukoml and Chiefdom of Vitebsk from Kingdom of White Rus, title of High Chiefdom of Polotsk will be destroyed.
9. Create High Chiefdom of Polotsk and you will become a vassal of Kingdom of White Rus.
