I haven't been able to really get into the game so far, but here are some quick observations as of about 10 days into a GER game.
- I am unable to see that I can build motorization brigades. The techs under Heavy/Light Motorization are the vanilla rkt techs, though I looked in the db and the techs there seem correct.
- Minor problem - Only some of the unit pictures are visible, INF, L-ARM, CAV and brigades, the rest are platinum versions.
- In later builds you will probably want to define intelligence levels for each country, as it is everyone starts at zero.
And of course more will be forthcoming as I play.
 
A couple other small updates.
- As reported in other threads, dissent is always shown as +0.00 when hovering over CG
- When hovering over money, the text says + X.XX from CG, -X.XX from research and underneath UNKOWN STRING WANTED
- For naval doctrines, there are many techs that give all naval units +org. You may want to consider adding negative org for submarines to let them remain the hit and run weapons that they are with the base 5 org.
