Confusion all around. Barkardes retook his IC but surely he has to deploy on the IC and not in a territory connected to it?

Correct. Units must deploy on the IC and not nearby it. I've forgotten what barkardes' original orders were but I must have been confused as well. (I got confused because I thought there was a clause in the rules that doesn't exist.) Sorry about that.

I made some assumptions about unit movement here

barkades' units at 15.13 and 14.14 are revealed because they ended their turn next to a border

My tank hunter in 15.15 isn't healed.If there is no rule against that I would like to see it fixed.

Deploy 2 engineers and move them to 13.14 and 14.15.Both of them build roads.
Deploy an engineer and move to 15.14.It lays a minefield.
Deploy and move an infantry to 14.14
15.15 moves to 13.13 attacks 12.12 and moves to 15.15

I thought the tile I finish on was also count and the tile I start wasn't counted.I see now.But I think that the move I did with the unit on 15.15 was still legal.

Using roads roads to move to 15.15=1 move
Summing them up, that makes 4 movement points.If I have miscalculated let me know and I will change that too
