you will most likley need adobe aftereffects or Sonic's Vegas to convert to such a rare video format. A little googling should give you some answers...

In fact i've researched for a long time how to convert with rad tools and i never find.
Ive already done the video. Now i just want to convert properly it to bink. Sonic Vegas and Adobe after effects seems not to be free... :( I guess there are trial versions but i cant find them.

No they are certainly not free. I think there are trial versions on their respective web sites. The trial version may not be able to do anything that you want to do, and actually produce a working video. I am not aware of any free video conversion (that includes sound) on the net. Especially one that can convert to Bink codec. Does the intro video have to be bink?
