I've looked every where and not found any helpful answers. How do you get the mod to load for the Hearts of Iron Complete for Mac. I have place it in the tfh/mod folder, but it does not show up for selection in the launcher. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Mac version is ancient and I don't believe it has been supported in recent years. Might be that it doesn't event exist anymore? Try the actual BlackICE forum.
You need to link your games to your paradox forum account. Move your mouse over your forum name and you'll see a drop down menu. Go to 'owned items'. Here you can either sync your steam library or manually register your games via CD-key. This will get you access to support and mod forums which you need to download Podcats.exe
