Black screen when starting EU2 - BINK VIDEO PLAYER

It goes compleatly black, only think I could think of was hitting ctrl-alt-del to stop the game.

After that I se a program called BINK VIDEO PLAYER that apperently dosent work, is that a program that has to be a part of EU2 or is there something compleatly wrong with my version? and what can I do about it?

I tryed reinstalling it but gets the same problem.
 
Rename the AVI folder, reboot, then try again.
