Broken Save File/Fraticelli Europe, 840

After quite a lot of work (and luck!) in Ironman, I managed to have my genius ruler of Gotland, King Thorfinn the Wicked, sitting atop a fully upgraded tribal settlement and a treasure pile large enough to block out a reasonable portion of the sun. Then, two years later, my game crashed. When I loaded it, it continued to run for approximately 3 weeks, before crashing again. This continues to this very day, and I am extremely miffed to lose what was looking to be a particularly promising dynasty in a rather interesting world (Half of Europe is Fraticelli, revolutions everywhere, Byzantines holding back Abbasid blob #4298, etc) If there's any way to repair the viability of the save file, I'd love love LOVE to hear suggestions - if necessary, I can attach it, though as it's an Ironman save, I am not sure how useful it will be to you.
