Hey All,
I just got started with modding for Cities Skylines. I have successfully made a small test building that works fine in the game as a 1x2 plot. Great. Now I am trying to make props. I am having an issue with getting props to work at all. I go in, import my object, save the asset and exit. If I exit to the main menu or the game and try loading up the asset editor again, I get the following error message :
(Grill Test is the name of the asset)
I am not sure what this means. I thought it meant my object was too small at first, so I tried different scaling levels from normal to extra large and they all do the same thing. I even took my building model which I know works in the game just fine as a test, and that ends up with the same result as well, the same error message. Has anyone else figured out what this error message is and how to fix it? Currently using 3DSMax as my modeling software. I have also tried exporting the file in different .FBX format (max gives the option for 2014 , 2013,ect. formats). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
