Hi,

when i make cells some cells I cant no more edit or dismantle the items als i cant remove the ‘room cell’ to nothing and utilities cant be placed really anoying.
I have the newest update with prison transfer

This has happened to me aswell. Do you have prisoners in that room? I have to wait until prisoners leave to take a shower or go eat to be able to add pipes, remove the "room cell" and stuff like that. I also made the cell insane only so they left at some point.

yeah have prisoners in it. Will try if i can add things or remove when they outside the cell

Are you sure there isnt a gang member in that cell? They prevent you from modifying areas they've claimed.

hmm thats a good one let me check but k think it was already before the prisoners came. But i will check
